Terms of Use

Effective November 2, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Custom Digital Services, LLC ("we", "us"), which operates Meal Funnel. By using Meal Funnel you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Meal Funnel.

1. The service

Meal Funnel lets families keep a shared recipe box, plan meals and share recipes. We may add, change or remove features over time.

2. Accounts and families

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the recipes, photos, notes and other content you add. You give us permission to store, copy, display and send that content only as needed to run Meal Funnel for you, including sending the recipes you choose to share.

Only add content you have the right to use. Recipes and photos copied from websites, books or other people may be protected by their authors' rights; you're responsible for what you add. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law.

4. Sharing recipes

A share link lets anyone who has it view that recipe without signing in, and lets other Meal Funnel users save their own copy. Once a copy is saved, it belongs to the person who saved it and isn't affected if you change or delete your recipe.

5. Acceptable use

6. Food safety and health

Recipes, cooking times, temperatures and other cooking information in Meal Funnel are added by its users and aren't checked by us. Use your own judgment: confirm safe cooking temperatures, and check ingredients for allergies and dietary needs. Nothing in Meal Funnel is medical, nutritional or professional advice.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Some families use Meal Funnel free. Others pay for a yearly subscription after a free period. The price and free period are shown when your family signs up and on your Billing settings page.

8. Beta, availability and disclaimer

Meal Funnel is currently in beta: it's new and still being tested. During the beta, features may change or be removed, and the service may have errors, be unavailable, or be reset. You're only charged if your family subscribes (section 7).

Meal Funnel is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that content won't be lost. Please keep your own copies of recipes that matter to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Custom Digital Services, LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of Meal Funnel. Our total liability for any claim relating to Meal Funnel is limited to the amount your family paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim.
